Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Typically 3-7.
Where do orders ship from?
Most of our products ship from within the United States, allowing for faster and more reliable delivery.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability may vary depending on location. If your location is available at checkout, we can ship to you.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We currently only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I return an item if I don’t want it anymore?
At this time, we do not accept returns for items that are no longer wanted.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
